Cultivating Community
Seed Lakeside Community Garden is a space where people come together to grow, share, and connect. Our garden focuses on growing fresh food, fostering nature awareness, supporting wellbeing, mental health and sustainable living. We host a wide range of gardening activities, workshops, social gatherings and community events. At its heart, Seed is run by a team of volunteers and is guided by an independent committee of management. If you’re interested in becoming a member, volunteering, or partnering with us, we’d love to hear from you.

We acknowledge the Gunaikurnai, the First people of our Country and the Brayakaulung clan whose ancestral lands our graden grows upon today. We pay our respects to these people, elders past and leaders present, and value their continued cultural and spiritual knowledge within our community.
